These guys are great! Called and within a few hours were onsite to diagnose the problem. Very transparent & honest in explaining & showing me what was wrong. Within another hour they had us up & running with cold AC! And while it was pouring down rain no less! They were very thankful of our business. I had the displeasure of receiving incomplete service from this company, particularly Jacob on 6/19. Initially, when contacted and described issue to tech, he stated that service would be $60 for maintenance. On arrival, I also requested that he install a thermostat for me which he later uninstalled stating that it was blowing out heat and put old thermostat back. Nonetheless, the most I seen him do was wash my unit out with water hose (from the outside) and check air with thermometer on the inside. Thus, I was sent a request for $140 on cashapp. I reached out concerning price change—no response. And thus I only sent amount previously stated and I’m glad that I did! Because an additional two weeks of house being 85 degrees and set at 70 degrees, I contacted another HVAC who came out today and actually told me that the issue is unit is frozen and that previous guy/company could not have done thorough maintenance cause if so would have seen that it was frozen! This company also provided me with diagnostics (numbers showing where pressures are at)—something that this company/tech did not do at all!!! Ridiculous and complete waste of money!
