- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tru Cut Lawns realize that each property is different. The price of a service is determined by the size, access, location, and frequency of service. Tru Cut Lawns can tailor a service plan within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are contacted by a new customer requesting our services we like to schedule an appointment with them to do a walk through. Depending on the scope of the service estimates are given along with a begin and completion time frame. If it's a one time service payment are due after completion of the service. If the customer would like weekly service a written lawn care agreement will be made stating the frequency of service, payment due date, late fees, and cancellation procedures.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to become a lawn care operator (LCO) because of my passion for working in an outdoor environment. My parents taught me great work ethics at a young age and that motivates me to do my best as a LCO.
