Introduction: I would like to thank you for choosing Life and Situations. I have been, a Counselor/Coach for over 15 years. I started this company in 2012 after a "Major" life change.
I live with a Mental Health Disorder (Depression), which is why I focus on Mental Health Disorders and Substance Abuse in Life & Relationships. I am a former Educator (20+years), Wellness Recovery Action Plan (W.R.A.P) Trainer, Peer Counselor, Life & Relationship Coach, and Healer & Empathic, I am here to help you with your healing. Healing is a process therefore the only way to heal you have to go through. There is no other way.
Relationship Coach: So many people get into relationships thinking that Love makes a relationship/ marriage. Well, I here to inform you that is not the truth. I will give my clients the tools and teach them how to use the tools to have a "Successful Relationship." A Successful Relationship depends on your definition, not someone else's. No one is perfect, therefore no one can expect to have a Perfect Relationship. But again you can have a Happy, Loving, & Successful Relationship. It is yours if you are willing to work for it!
Peer Counselor: As a Peer Counselor, I am someone who lives with a Mental Health Disorder. I am here as a beacon of Hope to those who live with Mental Health Disorders. I believe you can live a Happy Life.

Life Coach: In life, you will have situations. Remember, situations will occur in Life. You have the power to change your Universe, by the words you speak. Before you speak things into existence, there is a Mental Universe. So your words come from your thoughts. Be careful what you think, it becomes your words, and your words become your WORLD!
