My name is Riki Jackson. I have been in education for over 20 years as an administrator, a classroom instructor, a teacher, a professor, a presenter, and a curriculum planner.
I have worked in public, private, and charter school settings at the K-12 level and have spent the last 9 years at the collegiate level. I recently ventured back into the K-12 classroom. I love it!
I am extremely committed to helping every student reach their highest academic potential. I worked in and out of China for many years researching and observing the most effective methods related to teaching and instruction for academic retention and test-taking skills.
My specialty areas include ACT preparation, upper division mathematics, reading, and English. I also speak conversational Chinese and Spanish. My native language is English. My undergraduate degree is from the University of Tennessee in marketing and economics.
My graduate degree is in international marketing and economics. I have post-graduate work from Vanderbilt University and will start a post-graduate program at Cornell this fall in the area of comparative education.

Thank you for your commitment to doing your best in and out of the classroom.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Thank you.
