I have trained with Christen since 2010. Initially, I wanted to drop 10 lbs. Reaching that, my goal became gaining lean strength and better agility. Christen developed a program to build my core muscles, increase my endurance and improve swiftness. I gained confidence to compete in obstacle races such as Warrior Dash and Tough Mudder. I'm trilled with the results from the hard work and Christen's guidance. I recently completed a Tough Mudder event with my daughter's college rowing team; at the end, my daughter said, "Dad's a bad ass!".
Christen also helps me with muscle tightness and race recovery. She incorporates yoga and pilates for muscle flexibility. Most recently, she has added Trigger Point therapy to my routine.
