- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General Pricing is a simple equation of labor + materials. However, the labor will vary depending on the size, scope and duration of the job. For example the labor would be substantially more on an exterior repaint of a 2 story home, then on the interior repaint of 3 or 4 rooms inside. The labor is substantially different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication, communication, communication. No really, I feel it is imperative that customers understand the entire process from day one. I will explain step by step what services I am going to provide, what materials I will be using and how long the job will take. I will also provide you with a professional written breakdown on my letterhead for your records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of hands on personal experience with Interior/Exterior Painting, Drywall and Remodeling.
