- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are customized based on the job. Depending on the client's needs, we work within a budget for the customer so they aren't surprised by the bill every month. Our clients know what services they are getting and how much will be billed without surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to offer free consultations to review the current status of the business and it's owner. It helps me to make the best plan so that it can be executed efficiently and quickly. I'm a believer in being time efficient and setting goals. It gives my clients security in knowing things are being taken care of and helps them focus on their business and growth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with schooling, I have worked under several CPAs and financial consultants who have worked for the IRS. I'm also a Quick Books Proadvisor which means that I'm certified to train you and your staff on both the desktop and online versions of Quick Books.
