Just as important as changing the oil in your car is the cleaning and checking on a HVAC unit. That is why we started the Preferred Plan. For only $169.00 per year per unit, we will clean and check your unit twice a year. If at any time service is needed, our expert service department will be there for you and at a discounted rate. It is truly a value. IAQ - Indoor Air Quality: Heritage Heating and Cooling installs quality air purification systems for residential and commercial use. Ultra Violet light and high-efficiency air filters are among our most popular methods of cleaning the air we breathe.
