- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive! We prioritize great service and quality work and will stand by all our our projects. We will try to match any competitors quote within reason so if you find someone who says they can build it for less, give us the opportunity to meet that price. We can promise no one will give you better service or a better quality finished product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always do an onsite evaluation. One of our team members will come out to your home, find out what the vision is for your fence so that we can make the best recommendation within your budget. We'll send you a quote, usually the same day, and you can reach back out with questions or simply accept the proposal and we'll set the date for installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is built on decades of combined experience and we make sure that everyone on our team understands how to ensure that a fence is built to last, and looks great. Top Rail has locations throughout the United States and we regularly discuss new ideas, innovations and solutions to a craft that has existed for millennia. All of our staff go through training at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC, and receive ongoing support and continuing education throughout the year.
