Cheryl Edwards prepared, plated and served the most extraordinary 4-course dinner party at my home in August 2015. The menu she dreamed up was exquisite - quail with an amazing mushroom sauce, vegetable timbale, beef tenderloin with parsnip and potato puree, and chocolate cake with cherry sauce and fresh vanilla-scented whipped cream. One of our guests said later "I loved, loved, loved Cheryl's cooking." Cheryl was a pleasure to work with - organized, punctual, a true professional chef, who was poised in explaining each course to us and was warm and friendly. She helped us make our guests feel very special. Cheryl is a wonderful partner for having a winning event! We are so enthusiastic about the dinner party that we have already asked her to help us with a party later in the year. My husband and I cannot recommend Cheryl highly enough.

Cheryl Edwards recently prepared the main course for my family and visiting guests who had 4 major allergies, in their words the meal - "was crazy amazing". She is talented, professional, and personable with a sophisticated palate. You will be pleased. Bon appetit!
