we had to cut a vacation short because some friends decided to visit from out of town. we would pack, hit the road, come back 2 weeks later for 2 or 3 days to recharge and hit the road again. we do this every summer. with 2 small kids, and 2 large dogs, our house was a complete disaster and we didn't have the time to clean ourselves. I called a few housekeeping services, but Hellen's attitude and professionalism had us take a chance with her. we were still out of town and on our way back, but we gave her keyless access to the property. she showed up an hour after our phone call and gave us a very reasonable price, maybe even a generous one, considering the size of the mess, the size of our house, and the short notice. her team came the same day but towards the evening and did an amazing job. my wife flew back while the rest of us were on the road. she saw the place and called me immediately saying how impressed she was. now we have prestigious cleaning set up for regular housekeeping, a luxury I never thought I would want, or need.

I was impressed with prestigious cleaning. I noticed they didn’t clean my baseboards very well and they came back the next day and cleaned them! Efficient and a good job. Communication was good too. Would use again!
