FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an annual conference with our corporate office and other franchisees where we share ideas, meet with vendors, and get educated on what's new in our industry. We also have education outlets through Cleaning For a Reason (described above) and other networking agencies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and I were looking to relocate to Nashville to be closer to our kids and grandkids. We wanted a business that would be family friendly. It also had to be something we were passionate about. Because family time is so important to us, it's easy to see how maid service ties in. Providing house cleaning frees our clients up to spend time with THEIR families. This is what life is all about - creativity, celebrations, or just relaxing with a good book. It's one less thing to worry about, and it provides peace of mind. I know - I'm a mom of four and a grandmother of two. There's just nothing like walking into your house and finding it has been cleaned top to bottom, complete with fresh linens. It is a mood enhancer!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide a few primary services. Most popular is our 52-Point Spring Clean. You can read more about it on our website. This is a very thorough clean that we do on our first visit. It sets the stage for efficient recurring cleans - the next in our line of services. Our general clean is usually on a weekly or biweekly basis. Our maids can maintain that spring clean by touching things up regularly. We also do special one-time hourly jobs, such as move-in and move-out cleans.
