- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing really depends on the size and details of the project. We’re always clear about costs up front so there are no surprises, and we’ll walk you through different options if you’re working within a certain budget. For larger projects or ongoing maintenance, we can put together custom pricing or packages. While we do our best to plan ahead and account for everything, sometimes unexpected issues can come up once work begins. If that happens, we’ll always communicate it right away and explain any additional costs before moving forward, so you’re never caught off guard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new customer, we usually start with a phone call to talk about what needs to be done, review pricing options, and discuss scheduling. We make sure to understand the customer’s budget, style, and specific needs so the project fits them perfectly. From there, we handle any additional details, like helping pick out plants or showing design renderings. Our goal is to make the process simple, clear, and tailored to each customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have about three years of hands-on experience in landscaping, handyman, and home improvement work throughout the Franklin area, especially in large residential neighborhoods. Our experience includes planting, outdoor design, small repairs, and equipment or furniture assembly. I’m also studying irrigation and plan to become a certified irrigation technician to expand our skills and offer more specialized services in the future.
