- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary depending on the scope of the job. Some projects are billed at a fixed rate, while others are charged by the hour, depending on the size and complexity of the work. There are no added fees unless materials need to be picked up for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I usually start with a quick conversation to understand what you need and what goals you have for your yard. I’ll then ask you to send me pictures of the area so I can get an idea of the scope before coming out. From there, I’ll provide an estimate based on either a fixed price or an hourly rate. Once we agree on the plan and pricing, I’ll schedule the work and keep you updated throughout the process to make sure everything is done the way you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in landscaping and lawn care through years of practical work on residential and commercial properties. My training includes knowledge of proper plant care, soil preparation, seasonal maintenance, and safe use of professional landscaping equipment. I’ve built my expertise by working directly with a wide range of projects—from basic lawn maintenance to more detailed landscaping jobs—giving me the skills to deliver reliable and high-quality results.
