I wanted to take a moment to thank the professionals at Gemstone Solutions Property Management and Realty in Franklin, TN for the kind and professional service we received for the past two years as renters.Everyone knows how stressful relocating to another state can be....especially when you know absolutely no one. That was our situation several years ago. Bottom line, Gemstone was the answer to our prayers on so many levels.For starters, Luis Castellanos was truly wonderful in helping us secure a rental property in Franklin. He took care of the myriadof questions and detailsthat come with the territory of relocating with grace and patience....which, unfortunately, is rather rare these days. Once we got in the home, he was always available to listen and resolve any issues that came up.Also want to thank the Director of Operations, Tamara Diaz. There were times when I thoughtI might be driving her crazy, but she was always kind and professional, and went above and beyond my wildestexpectations. Unlike many other leasing agencies, she and her team would advocate for their renters - which is truly rare. We had not rented in over 35 years, and with relocating to a new state, it was so refreshing to have someone who understood how circumstances can change - and how to help when situations like that arrive. We were amazed at how she handled the situation, and we will be forever grateful.Bottom line, the professionals at Gemstone are just that: professionals. Gemstone has been amazing to work with. Weve been renters for years now & have worked with management companies and private owners & Gemstone has by far been the best weve worked with. We do have a great landlord too, so I think our experience has been wonderful because of that too, but they are quick to respond, they send reputable, respectful contractors over when work is needed & they have helped us negotiate needs with the landlord in a peaceful & enjoyable way. Jon in maintenance has been so helpful & kind. Gemstone has made us feel like we have a voice worth hearing as a renter, which is often not the case. Thank you guys for being in our corner & being great to work with. Really appreciate you.

We typically charge a standard percentage of the monthly collected rent for monthly management services, one of the lowest in the industry, accompanied by the best service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will arrange a visit to the property owner's home to discuss the potential client's needs. At that time we answer any questions the property owner has regarding our services - from our full service marketing, 5-point screening process, lease execution, move-in and day-to-day management.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy serving others and making their lives easier. This industry quickly proved to be a perfect opportunity to do just that everyday. Facilitating joy is our mission. We do this by making property ownership less burdensome landlord-tenant relationships more peaceful.
