I highly recommend Absolute Luxury LLC for any residential or commercial cleaning needs. We have a home that needed a lot of cleaning to prep it for listing to sale. This included pressure washing the entire house, porch, walk way and driveway, carport, and worst of all, a wood fence that was so grey and green, it looked like their was no hope for it. We also needed a thorough cleaning of the interior too. Carlos met with me to review all the work that was needed. His professionalism, attention to detail, and full disclosure of everything was excellent. I had got a couple other quotes before meeting with Carlos and none compared to how Carlos took time to explain everything and the price we were easily able to agree on. Carlos was able to start on the exterior pressure wash within a day and complete it all within 2 days. We were amazed and completely satisfied with the job he did. The house, porch, driveway & walk way look wonderful and the wood fence looks practically brand new. Then Leslie came in to do the interior cleaning. Again, we are well pleased & happy with the thorough interior cleaning of everything. Our home has not looked this fabulous since it was bought 10 years ago.     What do real estate agents charge?

    Real estate agents typically don’t charge a set rate to their clients, but rather earn a commission on the price of the final home sale. In traditional real estate, there is a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent. The two agents receive 5 percent to 6 percent of the final home sale price and split it evenly, meaning they each earn roughly 2.5 percent to 3 percent of the total home sale. If you are a home seller, you may have fees associated with the sale that are above and beyond the commission the agents earn. The real estate agent may have you pay marketing fees, MLS fees, early cancellation fees, or more.
