- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My commission is negotiable, and we discuss it openly before you sign anything. For buyers, my fee is often covered by the seller side of the transaction through negotiation, so in a lot of cases there's no out-of-pocket cost to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a real conversation about your goals, timeline, and budget. From there I put together a clear plan, whether that's pricing strategy for a listing or a search plan for buyers, and I keep you updated every step of the way instead of going quiet between milestones.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Tennessee real estate license and a Master's degree in Business Administration, which I bring to bear on pricing strategy, market analysis, and contract negotiation for every client.
