We sold our home in 2015 and we used Brian as our agent. To be candid, just days before closing, the situation began to deteriorate with some odd and unexpected drama completely on behalf of the buyer who contracted to purchase our home. We were totally caught off guard and had never seen anything like that personally, and although relators see drama all the time, it was new to us. The situation eventually resolved itself and the sale went through as we had hoped. Brian was a complete and total champion through it all. He was incredibly thorough, communicated with us very well, and did a super job of forecasting the possibilities as we were dealing with a less-than-cooperative buyer. His knowledge of how to navigate the real estate market, walk us through the title process, and all of the logistical issues in dealing with a stressful real estate close, and subsequent purchase of our new home, really helped ease our stress overall. - Franklin, TN resident

If you are looking to market your home, I contract out for 5% total fee, and if I bring the BUYER, you pay only 3% total. BUYERS never pay a fee.
