- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of the job — roof size, pitch, materials, and any underlying damage discovered during inspection. We provide free, detailed written estimates with no obligation. We offer financing options for larger projects and seasonal promotions for off-peak scheduling. There are no hidden fees: what's in your written estimate is what you pay. If we uncover unexpected damage during the job, we always communicate with you before doing any additional work or charging anything extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site inspection where we assess your roof's condition, take photos, and listen to your concerns. From there, we provide a detailed written estimate broken down by materials and labor. Once approved, we schedule your project, handle all material delivery, and protect your property during the work. After completion, we do a thorough walkthrough with you, clean up the site completely, and provide documentation of all work done and any warranties. We stay available for follow-up questions long after the job is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds current state roofing contractor licenses and carries full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We've completed manufacturer certification programs from leading shingle brands, which qualifies us to offer extended workmanship warranties that go beyond the standard manufacturer guarantee. Our crew members receive ongoing safety training and stay current on building code requirements. Several of our team leads have over a decade of hands-on roofing experience across residential, commercial, and specialty roofing systems.
