- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill hourly when on set and for editing. We are extremely accurate in our price estimates and work with our clients to make sure their story is told in the best way possible no matter the budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can handle all aspects of the video from preproduction planning with our clients all the way through post-production editing. We keep our clients as involved as they would like to ensure they are getting the video they envisioned.
