Every water damage and mold remediation project is unique, so pricing varies based on the extent of damage, affected materials, and scope of work required. We provide honest assessments, transparent estimates, and explain all recommended services before work begins. We also work with many insurance claims and can help guide customers through that process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the situation, followed by a thorough inspection of the affected areas. Using industry-standard moisture detection and assessment methods, we identify the extent of the damage and develop a customized restoration plan. Once approved, our IICRC Certified team begins mitigation, drying, remediation, and restoration as needed while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are IICRC Certified and trained in industry-standard water damage restoration, structural drying, and mold remediation procedures. We stay current on the latest restoration techniques, equipment, and safety protocols to ensure every project is handled professionally and according to industry best practices.
