- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge a $50 diagnostic fee and then parts and labor. I always discussed before doing any work to make sure that the price is fair with them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am happy to have a conversation about what is going on and set up a booking to assist them. we will go over cost after I have diagnosed the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9+ years of IT experience and helpdesk, administration, networking, hardware and software support, etc...
