Pricing is based on scope (yard size/condition or junk volume), access (stairs/long carries), and any disposal fees. The price shown is an estimate—once we review a couple photos or a quick item list, we confirm a firm quote before scheduling. For Franklin/Brentwood (Williamson County), a travel minimum applies. Discounts are available for repeat customers and bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick overview of what you need (photos or a short item list helps). Then we send an estimate/quote and confirm any access details (stairs/parking/long carries) or disposal restrictions. Once confirmed, we schedule a time window, send arrival updates, complete the job, and leave the area clean. We confirm the final total before payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on experience in lawn care, hauling, moving help, and property cleanup, with a strong focus on safe lifting, protecting surfaces, and careful loading to prevent damage. We use moving blankets/padding and follow a simple safety-first process on every job.
