These young men were great. They took apart a heavy marble topped table, moving it with great care and reassembled on other end. Very polite, courteous and prompt. I will call on them again!

Responded same day and was able to start the work the next day. Property was in very bad shape and they made great progress on improving the look. Look forward to continuing the transformation and ongoing maintenance.

Updating: IBG came back and pulled the weeds that were missed and did a 10/10 job. I actually ended up hiring them again to come back and mow our lawn.

We paid $125 for lawn mowing and weed pulling, and I felt the price was fair. I also appreciated that the owner took responsibility for the communication issues after I brought them to his attention.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating. During the initial visit, the technician told us he didn’t pull weeds, even though weed pulling was part of the job. After I reached out, the return visit was rescheduled twice, and the same technician came back. I later learned he actually owns a separate landscaping company and was helping the owner while he was on vacation, but that wasn’t communicated to me beforehand, which added to the confusion. I had also specifically requested that the technician speak with me before starting, and that didn’t happen.

Patrick was very kind and ultimately completed the work well, so I have no complaints about him personally. My decision not to use the company again is based on the communication and scheduling throughout the process—not the quality of the work or the price.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on scope (yard size/condition or junk volume), access (stairs/long carries), and any disposal fees. The price shown is an estimate—once we review a couple photos or a quick item list, we confirm a firm quote before scheduling. For Franklin/Brentwood (Williamson County), a travel minimum applies. Discounts are available for repeat customers and bundled services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick overview of what you need (photos or a short item list helps). Then we send an estimate/quote and confirm any access details (stairs/parking/long carries) or disposal restrictions. Once confirmed, we schedule a time window, send arrival updates, complete the job, and leave the area clean. We confirm the final total before payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on experience in lawn care, hauling, moving help, and property cleanup, with a strong focus on safe lifting, protecting surfaces, and careful loading to prevent damage. We use moving blankets/padding and follow a simple safety-first process on every job.
