Logan was punctual and showed up on time. Neat workmanship and cleaned up everything. Very satisfied with the work performed.
Completed job for the quoted price.
Job was replacement of water heater, installation of 2 toilets and changing one bathroom fixture.
Will use again.

We absolutely love our new tankless water heater! Logan with The Otter Guys was phenomenal from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and that we understood how everything worked.
The tankless water heater has been an amazing upgrade for our large family. Having endless hot water and not having to worry about running out has been a game changer.
I can’t say enough good things about Logan and The Otter Guys. The quality of the work and the overall experience were excellent. If you’re considering going tankless or need plumbing work done, I highly recommend giving The Otter Guys a call. We will absolutely be using them again!

Logan was wonderful. He put a mini split air conditioner and heater on my shed and he installed a tankless water heater in our house. When he did the tankless heater he had to install bigger gas lines and water pipes but he did a great job and walked me through every step and stuck to the prices he gave me.
