Introduction: J. Hunter Fleming is the founder and principal of architectural firm, ADI Collaborative LLC. ADI is an affiliation of design professionals working together to produce quality-driven project outcomes that are thoughtful, materially appropriate, and carefully detailed. We are committed to excellence and to exploring the rich potential for a collaborative process in the generation of design solutions that play a role in shaping and enhancing the quality of life. ADI focuses exclusively on contemporary residential, commercial, and institutional work. Its current commissions include custom residences, commercial office buildings and build-outs, restaurant and entertainment projects, condominium and development projects, and boutique retail projects. There are several charter school projects on the boards and an upcoming 4M resource center for a local inner city outreach non-profit agency. ADI was recently also involved in specialty manufacturing facility work. ADI enjoys working with churches and faith-based organizations. ADI's professional services also include master planning and due diligence feasibility studies and comprehensive ADA/access evaluation and implementation projects. ADI appreciates opportunities to be of service to our clients on commissions, both large and small, from small, design-intensive custom projects to large planning and development efforts. ADI currently holds professional registrations in TN, MO, MS, GA, and FL (inactive). Our emphasis is on timeless, classic design, and our services and our projects are on schedule, unique, personalized, and cost effective.
