John came in to provide a quote per my request and measured each of the 9+ rooms accurately. His quote was the best we had gotten even with the additional rooms added once he got here. He was on time, friendly, used all natural, odorless products, cleaned the carpet and got all the spots out, which was our main issue. He worked quickly and efficiently. David could not have been more efficient and personable. I was pleased with my carpet cleaning. Some spots came back when the carpet dried, but that has happened every time I have gotten it cleaned by other companies.
