Great experience from start to finish. Love the way they clean! I'll never go back with the old method of steam cleaning carpets. Took less than 2 hours for my entire house and the carpet was almost completely dry when he left! Thank you safe dry!

They did a wonderful job and everything looked great. I had to give them a lower rating, because I was told a price over the phone and was charged double that amount. I understand it was a soft quote, but the person on the phone acted like it would be close the way he broke down each cost of each room. They do not come out to look at your house to give you a quote, because that waste their time. So two days before my party I had them scheduled to do the job and at that point I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I wish they would come out to look at the homes before a soft quote.

I scheduled the cleaning for 4pm on Friday. I left work early to get home in time and nobody was there at 4. A few minutes later, a gentleman called to tell me he was leaving his other job and would be there in about 45 minutes. I was having an event the next day (which is part of the reason I wanted the cleaning) so I had a very tight schedule. The amount of time he told me it would take to get there (over an hour late by that point) + the amount of time it would take to clean the sofa would’ve put me too far behind schedule so I had to cancel. I understand things can run behind, but in the future if you know you’re going to be late please make a phone call BEFORE 10 minutes after you’re supposed to be somewhere.

Yes, standard size bedrooms are $20-$30, larger rooms are more depending on size. Rugs are $1-2 per sq/foot, with free pick up & delivery!
