Kevin was great to work with.. The painters were great too. Reagan made sure any concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner. The biggest blessing was them having my home painted in time for Thanksgiving.

I have two houses that are brick houses with wood trim and gables. Been quite a while and needed to be repainted plus I had a few rotten boards and a critter hole in one. Was looking for a painter first, but discovered that painter1 will also do trim work.
He pressure washed the outside of the house is taking off any loose paint chips, dirt, etc. Replaced a few rotten boards, and fixed all the critter holes and caulked everything. And painted the gutters.
Two coats of paint. All in all a great and professional job.
There were a couple of faux pax with communications.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to give exemplary customer service from the very beginning of our relationship with a client. When you inquire with Painter1, you will receive a call, message back, or text asking how you would prefer to communicate. You can tell us about your project and if we are a good fit we will work with your schedule to set up a free estimate. Our estimator will arrive on time and be respectful of your home and family. Once you receive your quote, we will follow up to see if you have any questions or if we can clarify anything for you. To schedule your project, we will consult the calendar with you and work together to fit your needs. Your project will have a project manager to manage the job from start to finish, this is your point of contact and they will help with any questions that may arise during the work. The painting crews will be professional & courteous. Once your project is complete, the project manager will do a thorough inspection with the painters to do any touch ups if needed, then another walk through with you to assure that you are 100% satisfied before closing out the job. We strive to gain your 5 star review and we will take care of your project from start to finish to earn that.
