- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies throughout the year and the longevity of customer sessions. Discounts and offers are likely to happen during holiday season and other special times of the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Understanding Your Goals: I’d first ask you about your current life situation, what challenges you're facing, and what areas you're looking to improve. Is it personal growth, time management, relationships, or something else entirely? It's all about getting clarity on where you are and where you want to go. 2. Identifying Strengths & Obstacles: Once I know more about your goals, I would help you identify your strengths (things you’re already good at) and any obstacles that might be holding you back. This helps create a balanced approach so that you can work with what you already have, while also tackling areas that may need improvement. 3. Creating Actionable Steps: Life coaching is all about making progress, so I’d help you break your big goals down into smaller, more manageable steps. For example, if you wanted to improve your time management, we’d figure out strategies to balance school, hobbies, and social life. 4. Accountability and Motivation: A key part of life coaching is staying motivated and on track, so I’d regularly check in with you to make sure you’re following through on your goals. If something isn’t working, we’d adjust the plan together. I’d also provide positive encouragement and celebrate small wins to keep you motivated. 5. Mindset Shifts: We might talk about how to shift your mindset, especially when facing setbacks. Learning how to stay resilient and view challenges as opportunities for growth is a huge part of personal development. 6. Personal Reflection: Coaching isn’t just about giving advice—it’s about reflection too. I’d encourage you to think about your values, passions, and dreams. By taking time for self-awareness, you can make more informed decisions about the life you want to build. 7. Continuous Growth: Life coaching is an ongoing process. We’d revisit your goals periodically and update them as you grow. There’s always room for more learning, improving, and evolving. I’d basically be like your supportive guide, helping you stay focused on your goals while offering advice, techniques, and sometimes a little tough love to keep you moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, which provided a strong foundation in health promotion, disease prevention, behavior change theory, and population health. Through this education, I gained an understanding of how social determinants, health equity, and evidence-based interventions influence individual and community wellbeing. In addition, I am certified in life coaching, which complements my public health training by equipping me with practical coaching skills such as goal-setting, motivational interviewing, accountability strategies, and client-centered communication. This certification allows me to work collaboratively with clients to support sustainable lifestyle changes rather than focusing solely on information delivery. Together, this education and training enable me to blend public health principles with personalized coaching, helping individuals set realistic health goals, overcome barriers, and build long-term habits that support overall health and wellness.
