- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No two clients are the same so I like to sit down with new clients, listen to their "history" with exercise and weight loss experiences and then help them determine short and long term goals. I also provide a preview "workout" to everyone that contacts me so they see my approach to fitness first-hand before buying into a program. I don't force unrealistic goals or workouts on anyone but rather offer best suited movements and exercises to each client in order to build the individual up to their desired fitness level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fitness and personal trainers should always research new ways to do old things to keep things fresh for clients. So - even when I don't have to study to be re-certified as a trainer, I am looking at tons of information that comes out daily to stay on top of current trends and new research on health and nutrition.
