I have bought and sold over 9 homes in my 37 years of military service so I consider my knowledge of real estate transactions to be above average. I have never, I repeat never had a better experience with selling or buying a home than I had on my home that I sold in Bartlett, TN that recently closed a few days ago. Robbie Marbury was my initial contact on Jen Carstensens team due to his over the top concern for buyers (he helped my buy this house in Bartlett sight unseen due to me being in Guam on military orders and took care of my every need). I met Jen (extremely knowledgeable and very aggressive in all the right ways for her client) and she laid out her sales strategy to price my house competitively for a quick sale, get in a bidding war and select the best overall offer. Her strategy worked exactly as designed and my house had an offer in one day that I accepted. A lot of credit for that working strategy goes to her team starting with April Darnell who took some amazing professional pictures and to Kelly Leonard who kept me well informed while making sure everything happened as expected.Bottom line, if you want to buy or sell your home for what it is worth there is no better team than Live/Love Memphis. My dad passed away and we all live out of town, so we were dreading listing the house. Jennifer and her whole team made the process incredibly easy. It was quick, they took care of everything and we got more than the asking price. We had multiple offers in the first few days. Incredible experience and I can't speak highly enough of this realty team.
