- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts for multiple services such as buying & selling with our team. Many teams charge more than the standard 6%, we do not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So for sellers, a home appointment or virtual appointment is best. We like to get an idea of their home as compared to the other homes in the area for sale & that have sold. We then discuss how familiar you are with the home selling process so that we may guide you through the entire transaction, making sure to educate you along the way. For buyers, we love to meet at our office to see properties online together and go over the buying process in general. This will give us a chance to interact and learn more about each other. It is a relationship after all! :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold the following designations: ABR - Accredited Buyer's Representative SRS - Seller Representative Specialist ePRO - Internet Specialist SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist I am the #5 Realtor in the entire region for Re/Max & last year was #5 in TN. I've sold over 850 homes in 9 years & love what I do.
