Everything is negotiable, let's talk. I’m open for just working for tips, insofar as we have an agreeable ceiling for compensation if the tips fall short.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

24 years bar experience, from managing to tending. 17 years at CLT International Airport. Basically the front lines if bars were war.
