Rodney is an outstanding neuro-performance trainer and I highly recommend him to anyone. With Rodney's training, I have had a very fast recovery from my ski accident. I have worked with Rodney over the past 2 years and have also benefitted from his training in other important areas such as balance and core strength.
I’ve been doing one-on-one MMA/self defense and conditioning work with Kyle for two years and have been very pleased with his instruction. His technical fight knowledge as great and he has an incredible focus on fundamentals while continuously pushing me to do more and learn new things. He has enough technical knowledge and conditioning knowledge to make every session a well-balanced workout and he is a great morivator. I would recommend training with kyle for anyone interested in self-defense, beginning fighters, experienced fighters or even anyone just trying to get in shape!
When I first saw him I thought it was a kid but then he took his jacket off his arms said it all. He's been training me at least 3 times a week needed to look good for photo shoots. There's basics he's teaching and difficult workouts which not a lot of poeple can do. He's very On to the point when it comes to training me. He's taught me a lot of new exercises that I didn't even know exist. Helped me target ever part of the body. If your willing to work hard for what you payed you better becuase he will work you. In a good way which builds your character and help shape you to a good body type you've always wanted or want to get.

He cares about the body and wants to help you reach the next level and is very flexible with his hours and can work with Your schedule. After training with him numerous times I have felt like I have upped my game in many ways. He records you to show you what’s wrong and what’s right and that helps a whole lot when you can finally see yourself training and seeing what you have been doing wrong.
