- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat new customers like old ones, because without our customers we are nothing. With us you are not just a number, you are a client and we vow to take care of you. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I passed my HVAC course in 2012 and was later EPA certified, however I am constantly learning about HVAC via additional courses and trainings.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work primarily with residential, however I am willing and able to also work on commercial and government buildings like I have in the past.
