- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dog training is an investment into you and your dogs future. My employee and I have over 20+ years of experience we bring to each of our clients. When it comes to pricing we are priced very comparable to our area for quality training! Payment plans are an option with us if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in the process is for us to have a consultation to talk about the issues you’re currently struggling with and your specific goals for training. From there we will game plan the best plan of action for you and your dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through a mentorship that’s lasted roughly 5 years before branching out on my own. During that time I also mentored with a Veterinary Behaviorist and completed my Bachelor’s of Psychology degree.
