- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing simple and transparent. Our standard pest control program is $630 per year, with a one-time startup fee of $150. This includes a full initial treatment and ongoing protection throughout the year. We don’t believe in hidden fees or surprise charges, and we focus on delivering consistent value rather than competing on discount pricing. In some cases, we may offer seasonal or promotional incentives, but our main goal is long-term protection done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward and built around efficiency. Once a customer signs up, we schedule an initial treatment as quickly as possible. During that visit, we perform a full exterior treatment and address any specific pest concerns. From there, we place the home on a recurring service schedule to maintain protection year-round. We also stay proactive with communication and follow-up to ensure the service is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully licensed through the state and trained in safe, effective pest control applications. Beyond licensing, we focus heavily on ongoing training in both product knowledge and application techniques to stay ahead of industry standards. We prioritize doing the job correctly and safely, using proven methods that protect both the home and the people in it.
