FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am, by law, required to receive 16 hours of continuing education every 2 years. However, I receive an average of 15 - 20 hours every year, along with weekly meetings with colleagues to bounce off ideas, promote listings and to help each other grow in our business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love working with people and getting to know people from different areas. This profession allows me to make new connections and to develop lifelong relationships while also helping them to reach their goal. When you hire me as your realtor, I am your realtor for life. I am available not only to help you sell or buy a home, but to give recommendations on different services that you may be needing.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That I take my job seriously and find it a pleasure to work with people in buying a home or getting their home ready for the market. Hiring a real estate professional will be the best move you make when selling your home. Having access to the MLS and being able to get your home advertised through the internet, will bring faster results and quicker sell times. Also, a real estate professional can negotiate for you the best deal.
