- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what the customer needs and taking a look at the property and the scope of work. From there, we provide a clear quote and explain what is included. Once you’re ready to move forward, we schedule a convenient time, complete the work professionally, and make sure you’re satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has primarily come through hands-on experience, equipment training, and learning the proper techniques for professional window cleaning and exterior cleaning. I continuously improve our processes and equipment to provide safer, more efficient, and higher-quality results for our customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Magnus Cleaning Services because I saw an opportunity to provide customers with a more reliable, professional, and customer-focused cleaning experience. What started with window cleaning has grown into a business built around quality work, clear communication, and taking pride in the finished product.
