We had some windows that were challenging to reach, but they proved no match for Zach. Punctual and courteous, he fully exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend and plan to work with Magnus again.

I am an older person in my mid 70's and can no longer get around to some items such as washing my windows outdoors. Zack was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He did a wonderful job for me. I am sure that I will call on him again.

The owner, Zach, was so accommodating in assessing the best way to clean out windows. He came 3 different times to provide a clear consultation, cleaning, and final tailored cleaning due to unexpected debris on our windows from construction. He adjusted the price for the project because he felt he couldn’t get the final result he wanted for us. Amazing work ethic and professionalism! Highly recommend!

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what the customer needs and taking a look at the property and the scope of work. From there, we provide a clear quote and explain what is included. Once you’re ready to move forward, we schedule a convenient time, complete the work professionally, and make sure you’re satisfied with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has primarily come through hands-on experience, equipment training, and learning the proper techniques for professional window cleaning and exterior cleaning. I continuously improve our processes and equipment to provide safer, more efficient, and higher-quality results for our customers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Magnus Cleaning Services because I saw an opportunity to provide customers with a more reliable, professional, and customer-focused cleaning experience. What started with window cleaning has grown into a business built around quality work, clear communication, and taking pride in the finished product.
