I purchase a 20 year old home in Alpharetta GA that beed updating badly! interviewed 5 different Cabinet companies about my complete kitchen renovation and re-design before I met Shirley Lucas at Woodstone Cabinetry. Her experience, knowledge and genuine interest in my needs made the immediate difference. Our meetings to completely redesign my kitchen were productive because she was one time and task oriented. She listened to my ideas yet was able to provide better suggestions that improved upon my plan. The most surprising part of this entre process is that Woodstone provided the lowest overall pricing that included design, stall and the BEST service I have received from a contractor during my home renovation. Update: Eventually they got everything worked out. While it did take about 4.5 months to fix the issues, they were polite and professional throughout the process, even if they weren't quick. In the end, the work they did to fix things was excellent and we're mostly pleased with the cabinets, outside of them being the wrong color. Go anywhere else. Woodstone was not my choice, they were chosen by my builder. First off they installed a color that was completely different from the sample. When I protested, they blamed the builder and dragged their feet on fixing it to the point we just had to accept it or risk greatly delaying our home going in. In addition, the installation was super-shoddy. One of my first jobs was building cabinets and while their cabinets are factory made, the installation was absolutely terrible. There is gaps in the crown molding, drawers that don't line up properly and several of the panels are damaged. They said they would fix the issues, but after nearly 3 months they've done nothing. First there was a story about their sales rep quitting, then I got a new rep Laurence, Laurence made an appointment with me to assess the issues, even though they'd already been documented twice and then never showed up, what's worse is that he won't return calls. Now, I'm faced with the decision of either ripping the cabinets out and having someone else install new cabinets, plus trying to get my original money out of Woodstone or just living with poorly installed, supposedly high-end cabinets.

Service was great from the minute we walked in the door. We were in final phase of remodeling our kitchen and needed an Island as a final piece. We were greeted immediately after walking in by Robert Ristow. We talked to him about our requirements, he listened, got on his computer and quickly sketched out several digital drawings that were in line with what we were expecting. Robert's guidance was critical to coming up with a feasible, practical and beautiful design.Once Robert came by the house to take the actual measurements we adjusted the design of the island and made several updates to it based on suggestions Robert made. Robert was patient and took our updates and adjusted the design accordingly. We love the final product; the installed island looks great and we are again looking forward to working with Robert on several other projects very soon. I would definitely recommend Woodstone.

I have to say my wife and I were so happy to finally find this place. We were greeted by Timothy that day and Andy assisted us as well. Andy gave us a price list as well as what they had in there stock. It was right after Christmas and he asked us to take the list and wait until after the holiday because a lot of there staff was out. My wife and I again were so happy. We cancelled contractors from pryor companies because we were focused on the list given to us. We emailed our picks from the 3 page list of cabinets and were ready to pick them up. We arrived back to the Company on January the 4th which was the appointment made to meet Shirley. Shirley was not there, her assistant said that she had just left but she would be able to help. We were disappointed but it didn't kill our joy because her assistant Sydney was very nice. Shirley came back and apologized for being late for the appointment and we were ok with that until she said that they did not have what was on the price list and that we could not receive what we wanted for the price we were quoted. A tremendous bummer for me and my wife who took a day off of work and traveled 46 miles to make this happen . We had to reconfigure our kitchen drawings and accept what they were given us at the price that was quoted before by Andy. We sent our money a week later for the cabinets and today is Feb. 1 and we haven't herd from the company, not even a freakin email....we are very disappointed. We asked for our money back and they are sending it in 3 business days. The customer service was ok at first so that's why i gave them stars...I'm just tired of typing so you all got the gist
