I highly recommend hiring Ralph! Not only did he advise me to order my own replacement parts (battery & keyboard) to save some money but he charged me less than originally quoted. He also did extra work other than what we discussed to make sure my laptop was running at it's best. I appreciate his hard work and calling a few hours later to see how things were going. I will definitely go back to him. Thank you again!

I returned from traveling and found that my Toshiba 2TB hard drive and my recently purchased desktop computer were no longer functioning and nearly had a nervous breakdown. I contacted Ralph regarding the hard drive and he seemed quite confident that it was fixable. Sure enough after a week or so Ralph found the exact part, a difficult task, and got the data transferred over to another drive. All data intact and for an extremely reasonable price!
Meanwhile, I had taken the desktop to Happy Hamster Computer Repair where they told me that I would need a new motherboard, $469! I mentioned this to Ralph and was told this was a very high price for such a repair. Hearing this, I retrieved the desktop and brought it to Ralph. He was able to diagnose the problem (a faulty capacitor and video card) within a day, ordered a new video card, and within a few days I had my computer back working better than ever. I will recommend Ralph to all of my friends for any sort of computer repair. Great Service, honest, very helpful and definitely reasonably priced!

Ralph was FANTASTIC -- I killed my beloved 5 year old Sony Vaio with a glass of wine and hadn't backed up the hard drive in way too long. He was able to revive the laptop long enough to recover all of my data at an extremely reasonable price. He was flexible in terms of drop off and pick up and had my data back to me within 48 hours. On top of that, he's been supremely helpful as I try to figure out which of the gazillions of systems out there would be a best fit replacement. I hope I never have computer troubles again, but if I do I'll certainly start with Ralph!

Several years back we needed a "tech" to fix a minor repair. should have taken 20 minutes. that jerk screwed around for 3 + hours. of course charged us big time. Bad Karma with "techs"..
CALLED MR HAMMOND ABOUT A PROJECT WITH A COUPLE OF COMPUTERS WE OWN. MR HAMMOND GAVE US HIS OPINION ON THE PROJECT AND SAID IT WASN'T WORTH THE EFFORT FOR US TO SPEND MONEY ON. WOW, WHAT HONESTY!! MY FAITH HAS BEEN RESTORED IN THAT BEING HONEST OVERLAPS MAKING MONEY..
IN THE FUTURE, WHEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM WE WILL CALL MR HAMMOND.
