It’s so refreshing to find a contractor who really cares about his clients and is so genuinely invested in helping them with their needs. We had a pipe burst from the freeze and David arranged his schedule to come out immediately to help assess the situation, get a new pipe installed and he’s working with us & our homeowner’s insurance to now repair the interior of our new house from any water damage. Since moving to Tennessee from Colorado, we have not had good experiences with other contractors we’ve dealt with except for David and he helps take the anxiety out of a stressful situation.

David is a very good worker. My kitchen had water damage and as a result the base cabinets and flooring had to be replaced. I wanted to change the layout in that area which required the moving of the plumbing. David can do it all. I am more than happy with the result.

I give 5 stars to River Mountain construction simply because that’s all the stars there were. They deserve 10 stars. They redid a set of stairs in my home that was a disaster. They made them look beautiful. And all in one day. They look beautiful ! I will definitely use them again in the future . Thanks again!!!!!!

How do you put into words a recommendation so sincerely that people can truly know this is the person for the job. I had spoke on the phone or via text with Mr. David a few times to schedule a meet time for him to see the job. I had to cancel the original meet time and was concerned if I would get a response when I let him know I could meet again. He certainly was kind to get back with me and schedule again within a week and a half. He was very polite and listened and heard what I needed. He was responsive and assessed the situation. He was prompt in knowing his schedule and when he could return if he could not complete the job in one day. He looked at how he could make it work with my budget. We agreed I’d get materials to help with costs. He gave me the list of what I would need with the heads up that he would send me again the next day once he was moving along with things. That visit lasted about 30 – 45 minutes. The next day he showed up as promised. He had all his tools. Everything he needed to do the job. He measured again with me to make sure he got what I needed in the space he was making for me. He started at 8am and the work was all done by 7pm that night. He brought sandwiches for his lunch. He never left and continually worked. He sent me for the next materials list around 11am or so. He checked things before sending me out to make sure of what he needed. During the time I was gone he installed the sheetrock and insulation. It was amazing the transformation when I got back. It was amazing how he worked. He worked at the same pace the entire time. That pace never slowed or hastened. Each step was taken with purpose. He worked so hard. He knew his task each step of the way. He was never scrambling or fussing. He was so professional the entire time. It was a pleasure to see someone work getting a job done right but without complaint. He tried minimizing dust and debris by knowing the entry point to make for the job and working primarily from there. He wasted no time. He was the most honest, knowledgeable, hard working person I have had the pleasure to meet and observe. He didn’t get upset when I got the wrong item. He patiently showed me the difference of what I needed to get. He gave me enough time in advance for the items he needed that it allowed him to stay on task. It was truly incredible. He had vision. To stay within my budget, he thought of things to keep it looking so nicely. It wasn’t just completing the job. It was making it look so nice. His knowledge in all areas of the trade including plumbing and electrical are valuable in getting the job done and looking great. If you want an honest, knowledgeable, hardworking man to do your work, then I have no concern with recommending Mr. David. In fact, I’ll never look for anyone else ever again. Mr. David has a family that is of his utmost priority. It’s golden to find a hardworking man that also keeps his priorities aligned where they should be. I know I met a man, but he truly is an angel.
