Introduction: I am a chef who graduated from one of the top culinary schools in the country, Johnson & Wales University. I am a sous chef at a high-end wine bar in Charlotte, J. Sam's, and also at The Biltmore in Ashville, NC, which gave me inspiration and drive to use techniques learned to become a personal chef/caterer.
