- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For remodeling and home repair services, we charge an hourly rate: Residential - $17.50 for every 15 minutes, with a 2 hour minimum labor fee of $175.00. Materials are extra. Commercial - $20.00 for every 15 minutes, with a 2 hour minimum labor fee of $250.00. Materials are extra. Based on availability, we may be able to accommodate smaller jobs (1 hr. min.). Contact our office for scheduling. For larger jobs (more than $500.00), we provide a flat rate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life is a continual learning process. We stay updated daily by reading trade journals and magazines, participating in online forums and groups in LinkedIn. We write blog posts weekly and therefore at times have to do research on that particular article. We are always learning!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When Dale first started out, it was his passion for home remodeling and construction as well as in helping others that drove him to start a home improvement business, and gave him the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into to a booming handy man, home improvement and renovation company. In a short three year time span, we have built solid relationships with our customers and vendors.
