Kirk did multiple projects for us (bathroom flooring and new vanity install plus a lot of other things) so we could put our house on the market. Very meticulous in his work. Reasonably priced. Would definitely hire him again

I contacted McLain's LLC with an issue that needed a very quick response. Kirk answered the request via Thumbtack, and we quickly connected to discuss the details of what needed to be done. He went the very next day, which was Saturday morning, and replaced a broken showerhead that my last guest broke. With me not being close to Sugar Top, he purchased the new showerhead, sent me a copy of the receipt, and did the job perfectly. I plan on working with Kirk in the future. He was straight up, kept his word, and pleasant to work with.

Kirk was great to work with. With ingenuity and determination he worked around a problem, as well as had to reorder a part that should have been right but wasn't, with my window project. He went above and beyond in getting that done, soft pressure washing my house and driveway (which looks new), and clearing my gutters. He called to say when he would arrive and was on time. Oh, and his price was reasonable. I will use him again.
