- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We build estimates on site once we have established the problem and related circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive we meet the customer and discuss the issue. Then we will work to establish the best fix for the problem and build an estimate for the customer. Once the estimate is agreed to we will start work on the issue and once the work is completed we collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of experience ranging from service work to new construction custom homes.
