Arrived on time and worked diligently. This is a scrubbing machine rather than truck-based steam. Just be aware this means it is hard to clean closet carpets.

Darrell came out to clean my carpet and sectional sofa. Came exactly at the time he said he would ready to go. Upon inspecting the carpet, he actually said it may not be needed right now and saved me money by being honest. I have used Darrell in the past. Not ever met him I give him directions tell him where key is and leave him money. He did an excellent job and I will be doing the same thing next week when I use him. Two rooms only needed 2 paths and he threw in caplet protector to compensate the lack of cleaning that was needed. Thank you Darrell.
