He was running late, but let me know right away. Once he arrived, he was professional and went right to work. My carpets are old, and I wasn't expecting a miracle, but they did a wonderful job and my carpet looks A LOT better!! In addition, I was thrilled that I only had to pay what he quoted me. I would definitely use them again!

Carpet Magic of East TN did an amazing job on our carpets!! They were absolutely horribly stained with two cats and three kids under 8 but after he was finished cleaning they look like new floors! He will definitely be our go-to carpet cleaner from here on out.

I had very little time to work with to have my carpets cleaned. Darrell was able to provide me an appointment that was within the time frame I needed. Very happy about that; it saved me a huge hassle! He and his Technician arrived ahead of schedule and completed the entire 2 stories in about an hour, which was awesome! Carpets looked cleaner than when I moved into the house. Great job and an awesome price!! Thank you guys for your help!! I will definitely use them again and anyone looking for a carpet cleaning service should too.

Our carpets haven't been professionally cleaned in 8 years. I have cleaned them several times and accepted stains as permanent. CarpetMagic got all of those out, except two grease spots, but he worked like crazy on those too! Daryl was quite courteous, I felt safe and the price was more than fair(my whole house $200). I will definitely pass this company long to my friends! Thank you again!!!
