Darrell did a great job cleaning the second floor carpet and stair carpets in our house after the previous owners moved out. He made the carpet look almost new. He treated some bad stains, making them look a lot better than I thought they would. He was on time, worked efficiently and did a great job--all at a very reasonable price! I will definitely use him again.

Prompt and honest. We recently purchased our home and I wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in. Upon inspection I was told that the carpets had recently been cleaned. I had him move forward on cleaning them again since the house was on the market for a few months. It was very refreshing to have such honesty.

Darrell, did a great job cleaning the carpets, went over everything he did and how it would keep it clean longer. It was a great experience all the way around, pricing was good and he was on time which is always a nice surprise.

I have used 2-3 other carpet cleaning companies in the past, but they never removed all the stubborn stains like Carpet Magic and the cost was about a third less than others. The carpet technician was on time and very friendly. Will definitely call again!
