Three Little Bears did an excellent job installing three television screens in the chapel at our church and running all necessary wiring to get us up and running. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The owner made sure that everything was working correctly and even came back to troubleshoot an issue we were having and quickly corrected the problem.

We hired Veon and his crew of family members to assist with a 'whole house' renovation of a home we purchased in December, 2019. We were NOT on site for a good portion of the work completed, but found working with Veon, long-distance, was absolutely NOT a deterrent to either the work quality or the timing it took to complete. In total, Veon and crew put in all new hardwood flooring throughout our 4000+ SF home. We had one new bathroom and closet installed, and had the remaining 3.5 baths all gutted and replaced with top of the line tile wall coverings and flooring, plus all new plumbing fixtures. Our kitchen received a cosmetic renovation, with installation of new countertops, backsplashes, flooring, and several new stainless appliances. Veon took the initiative on several major design changes to our original plan, including installing new windows in multiple rooms (to take advantage of the natural light and gorgeous landscaping outside). An old, tired, and aesthetically unpleasing, stone fireplace was completely switched out for a modern one, with a 2nd fireplace similarly re-done to match the new interior aesthetics. We also installed all new, solid mahogany doors throughout the interior and exterior, including a 500 LB. + new mahogany front door with glass inserts and sidelights. There wasn't one square foot of this interior that wasn't 'touched' by Veon's capable crew. The home has since been featured on the cover of one of Western NC's home magazines. Most importantly, we put the home on the market to sell, and had a contract, close to asking price, within one week! Amazing! If you're looking for a general contractor, who seldom needs any subcontractors to farm out projects, then Veon and his family-operated company are your 'go to' crew!

We have finally found our contractor! Great communication throughout the entire job. We were never left in the dark about where we were in the process or what to expect next or when. We are completely satisfied with the work he did installing an attic fan for us. He Left zero trash or debris behind when complete and the final price matched the estimate. We will be repeat customers for sure. Do yourself a favor and hire 3 little bears!

Veon and his wife do amazing work! I am in the process of moving to another home and they have done such a wonderful job of completing different jobs at the new home! So far they came to my old home took down the wall mount in the bedroom, and helped me move Theo TVs to the new home. He mounted one wall mount in the living room and then mounted another one in the master bedroom at the new house. He installed two new storm doors, and then replaced the master bedroom door with a sliding farm door. He has started on the garage where he is installing a new garage door opener, redoing the garage floor, painted the garage, and is installing shelves in there. Also he is going to remodel the front porch and add a front porch swing. His prices are fair, he shows up on time and works hard. If you are looking for great work to be done Veon is your man!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are done by the project. I dont use a hourly rate very often,but when i do it is based of of type of work needing to be completed. I feel hourly is for someone who is lazy and slow. if u are being payed by the job you will be effecient quick and on time.

meet customer go over the work the customer is requesting to haved completed. Then give a fair and profesional qoute.

technical training / 4 year degree intigrated mask design. / journeyman electrical liscense apprenticeship through Oregon Abc apprentice center.
