- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is 60$ per hour. For example, furniture assembly. I also create time & material estimates. For example, a bathroom remodel or baseboard replacements, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Swift clear communication. Promptly arrange and show up for an inspection (unless it’s unnecessary). Produce an estimate which I send you your email. If we agree on scope and price I will schedule you and the work will begin. I typically handle materials myself, no need for down payments. If the project requires some assistance from the home owner on price, we can establish that via contract if that makes you more comfortable. ***remember*** it is illegal for a contractor to require more than 1/3 of a projects cost up front in the state of TN. Next, I do an amazing job keeping the area clean during the project. After completion, I invoice via email. Pay with cash, check, or Zelle. 👌 Lastly I request a review. 😁
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with 2 general contractors in the state of WA from 2016-2023. I apprenticed under the first and partnered with the second. Now I am running my own company.
